"As I wrote in September, moving to Redmond from the East coast, I was pleased to find that I was recommended to another State Farm agency and found at least the same level of excellent service that I had experienced for the previous 30 years... Of course most agencies can sign a new client and make it a positive experience, but the question is always what happens when the new client needs action and service... And on that front, Sally and her co-workers rose to a challenge that could have been easy to let it take too much time, or to be breathlessly bothered by the request, but I am happy, more than happy to see that they took this task with the same urgency and care that one would expect to have, if it had been a more crisis type of request... Always staying in touch, thru email or phone, depending on what was convenient for me, it pleases me to again give a 5 star review... A great shop, Matt, all top folks and we know that comes from the top down..."

"I'm almost 70 and thought I knew about insurance until I spoke with Trish at Matt Flinn State Farm. Not only did she find where I was underinsured, she also found a way to get me better coverage for only a few dollars more than I was paying.
