"Best experience with insurance! Tori took initiative with me and was proactive during the process. She was also patient and informative with my newb questions. My prev experience with other State Farm agents hasn't been this good; they never felt very personable. Also, my experience with other insurance companies like Progressive felt very detached and robotic, since we don't really deal with a person. All in all, I'm glad Tori reached out to me, because I would've continued paying an exorbitant amount to my former insurance company."

"I can’t say enough good things about Sally and the entire team at Matt Flinn's State Farm office! Sally is who I work with most frequently, and she is always incredibly responsive, helpful, and such a pleasure to talk to. She is kind, friendly, professional and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients.
One of the things I appreciate most is that they are always looking for ways to help us save money while also making sure we have the right coverage. They are proactive about reviewing our insurance and making recommendations when something could benefit us, but I have never felt pressured or pushed into purchasing additional products or coverage we don’t need.
Their pricing is very competitive, and whenever I have a question or need help with something, Sally is always easy to reach by phone or email and quick to respond. It’s so nice having an insurance agent you actually enjoy talking to and feel like you can trust.
I would highly recommend Matt Flinn and his team to anyone looking for an insurance agency that is knowledgeable, responsive, personable, and truly looks out for their clients. We’ve had such a great experience with them!"
