"Having recently moved to Redmond from Connecticut, and buying a new car I asked my 25 year agent at State Farm in Ct., and he connected and coordinated with the local office of Matt Flinn. Alexa Kaiser reached out to me right away via email. I forwarded her my pertinent details and she made an appointment for a phone call... She was both very efficient and considerate, caring. She asked questions to help her understand my situation better and as the details became clear to her she put the process into gear, providing me with insurance for my new state of Washington, for my new car as well as two other cars I brought with me. I received earned discounts, was advised how and when those might change and even a couple of things I did not have in Ct. offered up. "Matt Flinn’s office has been very helpful with my personal and business related policies. Special shout to Sally who has been helping me ever since I started my small business. "High praise for Matt Flinn's team. I had recently been in a minor car accident and the event left me shaken and stressed out over filing. After attempts to call direct to State Farm automatic proved fruitless, I called Matt's office and reached two human voices who not only worked with me in my anxious state but helped me through filing a claim, getting a repair shop to look over my vehicle and phone numbers to call as well as helped send me a copy of my insurance information over e-mail. Sally and Jennifer O'Connell were absolutely wonderful, compassionate and professional throughout the calls and helped me overcome the more stressful parts of the insurance process. Cannot sing enough praises for this team and their hard work. Full marks across the board!"

"Worked with Jennifer on policy changes to lower my cost for multiple cars and am very happy with the results. She made it possibly to retain Comprehensive coverage on two vehicles that seldom get driven and reduce the premium substantially. Also, recommended changing coverage on my Corvette, which is not driven in the winter, to suspension with Comp coverage. Very good reduction in 6 month premiums for the three cars."
